Why did I come here?

I have a friend who always told me I was going to love this place, and another friend who sometimes said: » You should live in the Canary Islands, they suit perfect for you, is Spain and you will have good weather all year long».

But I didn`t pay attention to them until one day, when I was talking with another friend of mine about how I wanted a change and I didn’t really know what to do clearly. She said: «Go to the Canary Islands, there are good job opportunities there», and after talking with another friend who was living there (luckily I have many friends) I decided to come here.

I knew some people was going to think I was crazy, but I didn’t care and I did it anyway.

It was almost 1 year ago, and here I am, in this wonderful island. I love its beaches, its mountains, its houses, its views, its weather. It is a little paradise in the Atlantic ocean.

I am so glad of being here and everytime I go to the beach and see the turquoise water I feel grateful for what my eyes can see. I feel peace, happyness and calm.
